1. Space & Foundation

Installation area cleared (footprint ≥ machine dimensions, with at least 500mm / 20" clearance around).

Minimum floor load-bearing capacity equals or exceed machine weight.

Reserve sufficient space for auxiliary equipment (chiller, air compressor, vacuum pump, etc.).

Forklift with 5,000 lbs (≈2,300 kg) capacity or above available for unloading and positioning.

2. Electrical Requirements

Electrical outlets and plugs installed according to machine specifications.

Plug position within 16 ft of machine or cables prepared.

Voltmeter available to verify input voltage, phase, and amperage.

Proper grounding ensured for equipment and operator safety.

3. Air Supply & Cooling

Air compressor connected, providing stable 90–100 PSI with SCFM ≥5.

Air supply must be clean, dry, and oil-free (filters/dryers if necessary).

Installation area must have adequate lighting and ventilation.

Internet connection recommended for remote support.

Customer must assign responsible personnel on-site during installation.
